1. Purpose
CherishMap is a service that provides practice and creation aids for people who draw. You should review and agree to these terms and the privacy policy before using the service.
2. Account
You need to sign in to use account-based features such as saving memos, uploading images, AI feedback, plans, and briefs, and the reference board. You must keep your account information accurate and keep your account access and password secure.
If your account is compromised or you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify the service operator immediately.
3. AI features
The AI feedback, plan, brief, and feedback-based example image features send the images you upload and the text you enter to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate results. AI results are for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to always be accurate or complete.
Before submitting images that contain others’ work or personal data to the AI features, you must first secure the necessary rights and consent.
4. User content
Rights to content you upload or create — images, memos, text, and so on — belong to you in principle. You must hold the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload.
To provide the service, you grant CherishMap the rights needed to store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content, and to pass it to the AI provider for the AI features. This right is limited to operating the service and providing its features.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Infringing on others’ rights, reputation, or personal information
- Uploading or generating illegal, harmful, obscene, hateful, or violent content
- Circumventing or interfering with service security, authentication, or access controls
- Abusing the service or its AI features through malware, automated scraping, or excessive requests
- Uploading or processing others’ copyrighted work or personal data without the right to do so
6. Plans and payment
CherishMap may offer free and premium features. Where paid features are provided, the price, billing cycle, scope, and refund conditions are disclosed on the checkout screen or in separate notices.
Plan composition and provided features may change depending on service operations, and significant changes will be communicated by appropriate means.
7. Service changes and interruptions
CherishMap may change or temporarily suspend parts of the service for feature improvements, security updates, incident response, or changes to external APIs or infrastructure. We will give advance notice where possible, but in urgent security or incident situations notice may be given afterward.
8. Deletion and usage restrictions
You can delete the memos, AI journal entries, and reference-board content you created, and you can delete your entire account. If a terms violation, abuse, or infringement of others’ rights is confirmed, CherishMap may take necessary measures such as deleting content, restricting access, or limiting account use.
9. Limitation of liability
Automatically generated results such as AI feedback, plans, briefs, and feedback-based example images are for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to always be accurate or suited to your situation. You should separately confirm important creative, learning, legal, or financial decisions.
CherishMap is not liable for damages arising from content you upload or generate, or from a user’s negligent account management, unless caused by the operator’s intent or gross negligence.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as service features, operating policies, or laws change. Significant changes will be announced within the service or by appropriate means before they take effect. If you continue using the service after a change, you may be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
